So resolved the participants of the regional discussion “Social entrepreneurship in Latgale – to be or not?” The discussion took place on 12th September in Ludza.There were 47 participants from Daugavpils, Rezekne, Ludza, Dagda, K?rsava, Zilupe, Cibla county, as well as Riga, Jelgava and Reykjavik (Iceland).
