In the free of charge training course “Establishment, work and management of a social enterprise”, we offer to acquire the following topics:
- Establishment of a social enterprise;
- Legal aspects
- Social enterprises and taxes in the Republic of Latvia;
- Marketing management in social enterprises;
- Organization of production trade and sale;
- Financial management;
- Management of the organization;
- Staff management in social enterprises;
- Development of a business plan.
After acquirement of the full training course, participants will receive certificates for acquisition of the programme.

Classes will take place 2 times a week from 6 February until 16 April 2014 in Ludza, P. Miglinika Street 34 (in the premises of Ludza Secondary School No. 2). Classes will be organized in 2 groups at different times. Classes for one group will take place from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, for the other group – from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Inhabitants from Ludza, Karsava, Cibla and Zilupe municipalities are entitled to apply for the course. Please, send applications for participation in the training course via
